2) How much shareholder dilution occurred since his appointment?
3) What was the market cap of BDC when it was taken over?
The above are a guide to what “value” was (potentially) created by RR.
I am not an apologist for RR. In fact I have emailed him and advised that I ain’t voting for his Performance Rights until he advises the market what his plans are including timelines. I believe that is a prudent approach that some here disagree with.
