Everything about the recent Renesas news is very interesting indeed.
Japan is sensing an AI and new semiconductor evolution and knows this is a good opportunity to regain dominance in the tech world.

This is obviously reflected in recent development in Renesas as outlined in Wikipedia:
I see semiconductor companies moving quickly to incorporate edge AI and their customers moving quickly to adapt edge AI in their products to take advantage as the first movers in this evolution. Brainchip's Edge AI IP provides the most advanced, efficient and quickest option for companies to move into this space...simply no equivalent platform.
There is an irony to Braincip's silence. If it was worried then I would think management will bombard the ASX announcement board like most companies. Just an opinion from a long term holder so please DYOR.
