To put it graphically, the last quarter captured the nadir of the downswing, but its easy to see its only upwards from here.
Many commodities are re pricing for the long term, Im not sure that tin will ever revisit 18K again. Looking at the 25 yr chart, I suspect the new base price will be in the 25- 30K range.
