I would say a number of LML shares are tied up with QGL at the moment (NOT MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS) which would explain the difference in price between the two heads LML and LMLND. So, no reason to own LML (head) and better to own LMLND (head) with selling pressure that will arrive if 1/ LML shareholders that accepted the offer withdraw and then decide to sell LML (head) 2/ Will most likely trade back to LMLND )head) as we get closer to expiry date of QGL offer which is a month away but I expect it to run another 2 months. SO QGL smiles either way... There are probably enough stale holders that dont want to cancel the offer and sell on market and QGL is pretty smart to make it as difficult as possible for them to get back those retail shares...
