I keep providing the example of my friend who sold in Brighton and will simply NEVER have the money to live in Brighton Again , this argument of getting out of PPR to wait for a crash is beyond ludicous .
Im in the new homes business as I always declare , take the one I built here , it was going to be a spec , ended up moving in ..that was 5 years ago ( just under ..that CofO was issued ) ..All up cost , land , build , landscape , golf green $360k ..value today around $630 k ..
Where would that money be if I had of paid someone else ? ..well , I sure wouldn't have it , it would be gone .
The smart ones were the ones who got off their backsides and got into the market , including those who qualified for the grant .
