I am really annoyed that the BOD didn't provide an independent value report we need to be on the same page so that we can make an informed decision. I thought there would of been a requirement for this or atleast to provide a follow up target statement on MINs revised offer.

I am happy to be a part of the 5%. I took part in the last placement, put my money in expecting to see the results of the 2023 drilling program and I am filthy that MIN not me might get the benefit. A 2c premium above the 52 week high is nowhere near good enough. I won't be accepting the MIN offer without an Independent Report
