    It is a bit early call,but at this stage
    at the opening market I am going to buy CQR(former MOF)
    and considering CQR(former MCW) and later on GPT probably.

    The reason is that, apart from internet researching,
    I always read 4 major newspapers and collect information
    and I found commercial realestate market has bottomed and almost everybody in the newspapers said price is being going up or next year it will go up after stabilizing this year or so.

    As you are aware, REITs stocks heavily written down by their property devaluation some billion dollars or more
    during GFC. But, on the contrary, if property price goes up they will earn billions or more dollars by revaluation.
    Earning is up dramatically and & NTA up and eventually SP
    could go up.

    In reality, at present likely only property stocks are trading under NTA among 2000 or so ASX listed companies.

    I do not have fund to invest directly buying office spaces or so but instead I can buy sound promising REITs.

    I accept always there is uncertainty in stokmarket
    and everythig is not going by my will.
    But I am going to do full betting(all in) by buying REITs.

    If you see market depth of CQR. You will be astonished
    because everybody(=instos) wants to buy this. Last Friday
    broken bottle neck situation.

    Anyway this is my thought only. Everyone has different favour and natural bond(destiny).

    This time I am going to buy and hold for some reasonable time frame.
