Do you think the current BOD incentives are good enough?

Options convertible at a certain price is all well and good, but a few freebies for hitting a certain MC for a sustained period could get a few of them on the rounds and pump a bit. Peter Oliver ex Tallison (Greenbushes) has this incentive at another company I hold.

We won't ever have the likes of Tim Goyder or Chris Ellison on our BOD (well at the moment) but they are doing the sector a huge favour by backing their own interest with their own coin. TG last week at LTR picked up 1.145m shares on market, sending a very clear signal. He is already sitting on a decent profit from doing that.

Rick and Simon are not in their league, well as far as I know, but some MC achievement shares may mean they are a little more active??

Ricks options are convertible in 2025 around 76c from memory, that's a sit back and wait incentive in my books.

Hit 1.5bn MC for 40 continuous trading days! how many shares would we give Rick?? With a window of opportunity. Not forever open otherwise the game as the convertible oppies.

Simon more of an incentive.
