Heavy REE's are more valuable than light REE's.. OD6 for example has a heavy ratio of 20%. VTM has a heavy ration of 35%-40%. VTM NdPr 20%.

VTM has a extremely high heavy ratio which = $$$ ... So again your video of reference seems quite hollow to be honest. 1000ppm is the grade of TREO .. It makes no reference to what comprises of that 1000ppm ... Which VTM's 1000ppm is as good as it gets.

Again your video makes no reference to by products E.g scandium .. Which is now $5000.00 US per KG

And again I will say it again you make no mention of recovery rates. With all these things I have gone over again there is a lot more to consider than an addition 10m-20m of over burden mate.
