Exactly.
The important thing is that they found a means to avoid a cap raise to service the debt.
That comes after a small cap raise earlier, which provided the means to keep going with commercialisation while minimising dilution.
Seems like RL is doing his upmost to act in the interests of shareholders.
The guy has been all class so far.
