    I don’t believe they have under sold anything.

    The potential buyer has made an offer which ( keeping it simple) subject to no other better offers the BOARD says accept.

    Do i think the offer is woefully low.,. yes

    Would i have been pissed off if the board didn’t put it to shareholder’s so we can make a final decision …. absolutely!
