This already currently happens to the tune of $30 plus billion per year.

It would appear this is not enough.

I don't believe any amount will ever be enough.

The poor me race card will be played forever until the Gov coffers are exhausted and the entirely of Australia is on its knees.

Then and only then, when there is sfa left for anyone will the the last penny finally drop.
