You now need to read the subsequent annoucement of Proposed Issue of securities 25/1/23.
Issue of 22.9m at issued date 24/1/23 at 0.0135 (0.015x0.90=0.0135). Issued as part of the $260k convertible loan facility. So I guess Celtic got $50k cash as well for half a days work which would come out of the $260k given the compny has no money.
Will be astonished if the ASX doesn't query this deal.
