RR has indeed been a little creative in selling a 5 bagger during his tenure at BDC. This is basic info I have found through a very basic search.
28/2/19 CR at $0.04 per share raising $11.3m 24/3/19 Appointment of RR as CEO 20/9/19 CR at $0.10 raising $15m 8/7/20. CR at $0.078 raising $24m 6/12/21 A 6:1 share consolidation occurred
In summary those holding shares at RR’s appointment 2 bagged their investment. Those who acquired shares or participated in the final two CRs did not make money.
RR intimating that BDC 5 bagged during his tenure is misleading.
Conclusion: I have been misled and will log onto Computershare and reverse my Yes vote for his Performances Rights.
I welcome feedback if my above simple analysis is incorrect.
