A couple of large holders on the register is not a bad defensive move going forward given the likely industry wide M&A in the next 24 months. PLS will not want PMT falling cheaply to a major ( or even like a VW-left field but only a matter of time ). I think it would be a masterstroke even at this point to raise a large amout with PLS plus an end user at a premium. I would be surprised if Patriot was still Patriot as we know it today in 12 months time.
