"Remember the HIMARS? What happened to that story of tipping the favor to Ukr?'

The impression i have is that HIMARS have been very beneficial to Ukrainian performance. Artillary is one aspect Russia is very strong in. Probably Ukraine needs more HIMARS and longer range munitions. Fighting a war is multi faceted and not static. The Russians have a numerical advantage, the more sophisticated and greater quantity of the weapons supplied to Ukraine the more it will benefit.
