When Scott Morrison spoke publicly on those two occasions stating that he was PERSONALY against PEP11exploration,
while Keith Pitt the then Minister was the authorised person to decide upon the forthcoming NPOTA outcome, clearly his motive behind
the 5 ministerial appointments ( the other 4, just his Trojan horse) was to use his secretive power to leap frog Keith Pitt's decision.
Denis Denuto ( The Castle movie ) could win this case against Morrision with his mouth gagged.
