Should never have been a JV to begin with. Could have raised the $600k in equity quite easily. Should have appointed Roadpost as the exclusive distributor for North America, at which point they still would have done a lot of the promotional / operational work they are charging back to the JV for the benefit of their business. And Beam could have made a lot more margin on the product sales and more importantly the airtime. One of the great missteps on the ASX.
