    IMO:

    The best progress they have ever made is increasing SHARES ON ISSUE and after a fairly recent consolidation CLZ are well on their way to BILLIONS of shares again!

    Continual issue of shares and dilution of SHARE VALUE = A LOWER SHARE PRICE
