Early days of mining / milling will nearly always be lower grade, unless you stockpile some of the transition ore. Lom grade is 1g/t for the open pit. 10% dilution = 0.9g/t. If they can keep the mill running 10% above nameplate, that gets cancelled out. 0.85g/t through the mill in December so getting close.Once we get into the deeper sections (u/g mining), grade goes up. On the right track but with still a few issues to sort out. I hope they can restructure some of the debt to give a bit more leeway. Price of gold only helps when we're pulling out a decent amount above the hedge. I calculate somewhere between $2460 - $2500 in realised gold price at forecast production for this half.
