If PLS buy PMT (MC $170M) & LLL (MC $607M) they will have a huge geographical advantage to supplying the largest consumers - Asia, North America & Europe.
Transferring the PLS knowledge across these up & coming mines will be the best "Copy Paste" and IP gained over the past 5 years.
This all happens while PLS ramp up P680 and P1000 and put cash to work to become a global behemoth in Li. You then roll out the down stream conversion agreements to reduce transport costs and take more of the "cream" by cutting out more of the middle men clipping the ticket.
All this for less than 1-quarters' revenue??
