PMPACK, Good question that. In fact a few differant posts today have touched across the same area of discussion.

Earlier the question was from Jaluma"What happened to the letter to the board"

And there was a post a few days ago regarding ELIXIA webiste.

KC also brought up changes to the board.

All of these threads twine together to a bigger subject. That being Intellectual Property, Branding and Marketing.

This was an area that brought a lot of criticism up last year on this thread.

Whilst a big improvement has been seen in some areas, it still needs a lot of attention to detail.

My view is the BOARD needs a strong director who has experience and likes working in this area to keep the subject to the forefront.

A lot of BIOs have a specialist on staff or contractor to manage this vitally important area,

I have further thoughts and points to add, but will wait till others add their opinions. Especially KC with regards to board composition.
