Again you side step from addressing the main point.... Your chosen one has taken on the "MD" role with a large salary, for that of a CEO, but the company has stated most of that role will be outsourced.. Zero critique from those who should be holding the board & PR to a higher standard.. And he had the gall to chastise shareholders for voting down certain rewards to staff, when he could be renumerating them through his "extended" salary...
Technically, PR is receiving the CEOs salary while outsourcing most of its work... Again I ask WTF???
I am all for taking a bit longer, but I am not for paying someone who has 3 other roles (2 of those external) and one that has most of it outsourced, it is just madness.
