With the lull in announcements while we await the December QTR numbers I had a look through the user reviews on TrustPilot for the service 1CG provides. Of the circa 500 reviews posted, 87% are 5-star and rave about the customer service and ease of use. Another 9% are 4 star reviews. Trying to be balanced I made sure to check the 3% 1-star reviews and was pleasantly surprised that the vast majority I could see that the user has either misunderstood the process in some circumstances thought 1CG was a free service that guaranteed they get money out of the ATO .
Quality customer service and a product that is simple to use are a great recipe for word of mouth referrals.
Very happy to continue to hold this one and see how the numbers and cross-promo translate by Sept QTR this year.
