    Wow. That's pretty impressive.

    Non-executive director David Dolby (of the Dolby family that revolutionised movie sound)  "planning to gift substantially all of our Cogstate shares to the Dagmar Dolby Fund, a California based charitable foundation, and one of our family’s primary vehicles for charitable giving.”

    In effect, that's about $51 million (26m shares) staying in. Great.

    One of the best departure letters I've ever read.
