Well done to the traders who sold high and made a nice little packet, and hard luck to those who lost money to them. It's a tough game to play and you have to be able to read the psychology involved - plus have a little luck. To me this morning it always looked like a day where Wednesday's trader buyers would be looking to lock in their gains once the SP rise stalled. Additionally, I wasn't convinced that major players would drive the SP higher on the strength of the announcement. All the same, I thought there might be enough in it to finish square at least - but obviously not. We're still up significantly from 2:30pm Wed, though, so that's a positive. Hopefully assays not too far away so we don't drift back under $2.
