It appears that they may be doing all Phase 1 recruitments (30 ) at Liverpool. Later phases (150+) will probably be spread across the 3 sites

They have been liaising constantly with FDA. Check the 6 Oct 2021 announcement, where they provided guidance on the scope and structure of the trials.
