I suspect k-tig think they need, or actually do need, to buy this company (or a company like it) to progress their UK/nuclear ambitions. whilst their tech seems good it's apparently too expensive/complicated/propriety (insert other reason here) to get general market traction and they are betting the house on the nuclear path. lots needs to go right here. been watching for a while wanting to get in but waiting for a sign that they have turned the corner. good luck to all.
