$8.47 ON the 31st December '23 If by chance it reaches $8.47 in August but is any other dollar amount on 31st Dec 23 the prediction is wrong.
If the word BY was used instead of ON 31st Dec 23
Then as long as at some point between now and 31st Dec 23 he would be right.
EOY 2023 is also specific. Which is the thread name, so which one is it?
