Ann: Zavalievsky Graphite Update, page-16

As a part owner in this company albeit 12m shares, and have been here since the MOZ days, I feel that the company has been less than honest with its share holders. I was a supporter of T Mathews but now looking back I get the feeling everything we were told was just being sugar coated! I just want honest updates monthly on what is happening in our company. Looking back at our gold prospects in Guinea (Kouroussa and Konsolon), we were drilling and were led to believe that when drilling was completed it would show we were sitting on a very rich resource, next to Predictive Resources. So what's happening, is it being shelved? what is the plan? is there a plan? So in August we are advised how much graphite has been mined at Zavalievsky and what is expected on a daily basis(60t). Then nothing until the new CEO provides an update. If the mine had been closed due to no power or shut down due to the winter freeze then let us know! Sorry it is just not good enough, just be honest and upfront with shareholders and let them know what is going on in the company. Look TM may have been mislead by some financial groups with regards to funding of Stage 1 Bunyu, but in every 'Proactive' video he was adamant that funding was imminent! It was like this big carrot being continually waved in front of shareholders. I appreciate the fact he cannot disclose all of the details of funding meetings, but shareholders deserve better than this. And yes funding is not a simple process, but continually told with a huge smile on his face that it was just around the corner when obviously it never was! AND then back in June '22 there was the LOI with Graphex whereby they would enter into a definitive Offtake Agreement within 60 days! What happened, what was the outcome. did I miss the announcement? I am a very strong believer in Graphite and due to Volt's resource in Tanzania will continue to hold I just want good honest updates with no sugar coating!!
