And just to switch gears for a moment and ponder some other comments and obvious trends emerging in the Lithium Industry

The potentially BIG one for me will be the guidance again reflected in the Quarterlies and what evolves over the course of the next Month or so right here at home in our own backyard.

And I'm speaking of course of what could and might transpire in amongst our various ' Nearology ' relationships ( if any ) to the likes of De Grey
Mining, FMG , and now even PLS after its takeover of AJM and ALL its former tenements held and pending ........ what.png Refer previous post on this as well. Post #: 62829693

And you can see by the Sayona pilbara tenements Map that Tabba Tabba is actually ONLY lithium whereas you can see in the older DEG map that Mt Dove is featured and singled out ( see further below with regards to the King Col DEG Map ).

And I guess it should be no surprise really , because DEG is not only to the immediate West and North West of Mt Dove which is for Sayona 100% Gold Minerals rights and JV with 1MC for lithium is located in the clear vicinity of DEG's Whitnell trend.

So you can see that BIG lovely white vein of whatever running right through the Mt Dove tenement and only 2.5 or so kilometres from the old Farno / Deg JV of the White Quartz Hill showing on the Witnell trend ( refer Map ) .

Significant nearology can also be found again towards the North West from there to around the midpoint distance to the DEG discovered King Col Lithium showing where you can clearly see the relationship in the below Maps to BOTH the adjoining Tabba Tabba and Tabba Tabba east tenements along the Tabba Tabba geological shear zone. And just look at how close these Tabba Tabba tenements - E45/2364 and E45/4703( east ) are to the DEG King Col lithium showings.

Before we read on further , here is a bit of a historical comment regarding Tabba Tabba from the perspective of Sayona Mining and its previous works done on these properties :-

" The Tabba Tabba lease covers greenstone and granite stratigraphy and is adjacent to the Tabba Tabba tantalum mine (not operational). Sayona’s prior work has identified pegmatite and lithium geochemical anomalism characteristic of LCT‐type pegmatites, which remain untested by drilling

Work during the quarter included heritage surveying at the Turley and Roadside prospects and at the A6 anomaly to the south of the Tabba Tabba tantalum mine. It is anticipated the clearance report will allow drilling in these areas. In in addition to testing known pegmatites and geochemical targets, planned drilling will test areas of colluvium for potential lithium pegmatite under surficial cover. "

So with Tabba Tabba which is ONLY LITHIUM ( ie not GOLD ) , and the Tabba Tabba East being ALL minerals , you can see there may even be some scope to ' cut a further deal here with DEG if we wished. And not only are these 2 tenements clearly right smack on the Tabba geological shear zone and just to the south of the previous mothballed Tabba Tabba Tantalum mine . That mine is actually now owned by Pilbara Minerals who picked it up t back in the 2013 / 2014 period.

So not only do we have DEG with key lithium assets in the area , we also now have TWO of the other BIG BOY's in FMG as well as PLS right smack along the geological trend around 1 kilometre from PLS and FMG and around 7 - 14 kilometres in the opposite directions to FMG's King Col lithium showing.

So forget about the FMG impressive lithium drill results which I might add were NEVER reported by FMG apart from their December Quarterly Production update in January 2018 when they briefly discussed their lithium initiatives under the broader comment header of Exploration.

So apart from what you can see in the pics regarding their ( FMG's ) grades , here's just a few statements made by DEG about their results / findings at King Col by DEG :

Notably, the presence of spodumene, caesium, petalite, lepidolite, tantalum and polluciteclearly show that the King Col pegmatite system is fertile for lithium-caesium-tantalum (LCT) bearing minerals.

So then you can see by the attached split comparative Maps that BOTH the Tabba Tabba tenements are only around 3 and perhaps 14 kilometres away from DEG's King Col showing .....and ONLY 7 kilometres along the SAME tabba tabba shear zone to Sayona's Indee tenement. And notice in the Maps where Indee is actually positioned with the Port Hedland Rail access assets coming RIGHT THROUGH the property. I mean what's that about right. Grabbing the smallest tenement which is RIGHT smack on the southerly trend of the Tabba Tabba shear zone which just so happen to have DIRECT access to rail right through its property. Future mine site permit ......perhaps. No doubt though this was intentionally strategic by Sayona and the now defunct Altura and its former BOD members.

So coming back to the holistic or more consolidated view then - By potentially gaining control of that ENTIRE 25 - 35 kilometre strike from Indee right through to the TOP of BOTH of Sayona's Tabba Tabba tenements for Lithium and other Critical mineral elements like Cs and Ta would be an absolute decisive GAME winning move. And they are virtually HALF WAY there already. We just need to tidy up the Corporate ' Deal Pipeline '.

And if that's not enough , this shear zone strike continues for another 20 odd kilometres up towards and including the Strelley and Red Rock tenements which as you can see from an old FEL map ( below ) is pretty handy for lithium along that same strike and shear zone as well.

So FEL is of course now CUF and manages these two tenements on behalf of Mercury Resources Group Pty Ltd. But that's a who nother review for another day. Essentially it goes something like this FEL originally acquired the tenements for $200,000 cash and 15 million shares and 15 million options OFF Mercury back in April 2019 and then FLICKED them back to Mercury / Great Sandy for $200,000 cash in June 2021 and now just manages them as operator in return for a management fee. Hmmm......sneaky.png Can't help but wonder if Mercury Resources Limited who went defunct in liquidation in April 2018 , then Mercury Resources Group Pty Ltd forms in March 2019 and makes a killing on this and the other Marble Bar tenements a month later only to get 2 of the 6 tenements back for a fraction of the price 2 years later after FEL / CUF sold off the other 4 Marble Bar tenements to Global Lithium. Now there is the TRUE definition of Corporate Games right there folks ......complete with shelf companies and all.......rolleyes.png

Anyway ....so summing ALL of this up , you would almost have to be MAD if not almost INSANE not to hang in with your Sayona Investments given the ' Shear ' amount of ' Positive Deal Uncertainty ' which surrounds not only where the potential lies in the ground at these numerous prospective projects , ... but perhaps which direction the M&A activity will come at you and drop next......

Because we know we have some serious posturing happening to the south of Authier . Right down through that whole entire Pontiac volcanic and Cadillac tectonic zone covering the vast southern zone of Quebec's Superior Province and southern boundaries of the Abitibi Greenstone Belt which extends right down through to the Tansim & Lac Simard showings.

So if it isn't Hightide Resources , the Privately held Narrow River Resources , Renforth Lithium , Medaro Mining , Victor Cantore Vision Lithium , or Winsome Resources and anyone else in between Authier , Tansim and Lac Simard ......On the other end of the spectrum up the Northern HUB direction , it could be Durango's nearology and pending results through any number of others coming together like for starters obviously Troilus Gold . Then there is X-Terra Resources , Kenorland Minerals , Landore to name just a few. We also have SOQUEM sitting on more available chunks of project areas in the Frotet - Evans Belt area.

And of course on top of all that and sitting on the peripheral sidelines , you also have the RIO's along with the ArcelorMittal connections to Management , the Sumitomo Metal Mining Canada, the Osisko's , and even Dore Copper Corp ( who I've spoken about before ) .....or even Black Rock Metals Inc who both have some very handy strategic HUB, concentrator , and downstream assets in and around the Chibougamau region as well.

You also have Vision Lithium and Winsome to the West of Moblan so with the Geological trends in the Frotet- Evans being primarily West to East and North East - South West , its no wonder we grabe virtually ALL the remaining tenements to Moblan's West with Lac Albert , and ALL the entire surrounding Troilus Claims of EVERY SINGLE known Cu - Zn - Au - Ag deposit in the area apart from Kenorlands Regnault deposit , Landore's Lessard deposit and obviously the MAIN Troilus mine project ( formerly Inmet / First Quantum) , as well as SOQUEM's retained showings in BOTH the Lac De Maurès deposit and the PK Showing. So we ( Sayona ) now surround ALL OF THIS........biggrin.png

So you can only imagine what might transpire here given SOQUEM's previous comments from the Moblan EIS regarding OTHER minerals like Vanadium and even potential for Cu leaching etc..... Sounds like a lot more potential to do business with Troilus if you ask me. We process ALL the lithium and critical mineral byproducts like Tantalum , Cesium and perhaps even Molybdenum and Vanadium , while Troilus handles the Gold , Copper , Silver .....and perhaps Zinc.........

Whatever the case here , the LEVERAGE that Sayona now has in this area with ALL the surrounding claims is nothing short of ENORMOUS.

O.K ...so then we return to the Australian Lithium Landscape where I'll keep it simple and brief. The likelihood of some sort of M&A is extremely high in my opinion in the Pilbara area of the Tabba Tabba Shear Zone. For all of the above reasons and analysis . And you can't really go past the simple fact that BIG BOYS don't just happen to play and look for the same minerals in the same area for not reason. So we have the likes of DEG . We have PLS . And we have the infamous FMG.

We also have the uncanny past relationships of FMG's Twiggy Forest with that of his past business connections to the likes of illustrious mining personality Marc Caruso who just so happens to be connected to some of the privately held surrounding claims of the Mt. Eden project ( I wrote about this extensively back in the first half of 2022. )

So effectively everywhere you turn with Sayona , there is MASSIVE room for consolidation. And Sayona is now of the SIZE where it can actually make an impact here all by itself if it wants to.

We now have the intrigued of the possibilities in Chile and Argentina with the likes of Lithium Chile Inc and Edison Lithium Corp . But that's another story and another possibility of expansion and consolidation of resources.

And Keith Phillips even mentioned in that last podcast of how it will be interesting on how Pilbara Minerals chooses to spend its enormous free cashflows and that he himself expects it to largely be spent on ' Driving further Consolidation ' in the industry as against buybacks or dividends .

And from one Wall Street Banker to another at Martin Place , I personally think he would be right in saying this. Especially based on PLS's hiring announcement just yesterday. ( attached excerpt below )

" With more than 20 years’ experience in the natural resources sector as an investmentbanker, including the last 17 years at Macquarie Capital where he co-headed the Perthteam, John brings deep lithium sector relationships and a proven track record of assistingbattery materials companies with corporate strategy including executing their growth andfunding plans.

His appointment follows a comprehensive executive search process and is an importantstep for the Company’s future growth strategy to extract greater value along the batterymaterials supply chain and to diversify revenue beyond Pilgangoora.

“John brings an impressive track record of lithium sector experience and relationshipsacross the value chain. He is already well known to the Pilbara Team given his previouscorporate advisory role, assisting us with corporate strategy and key transactions, including the successful acquisition of Altura Mining and the associated equity raising.

“While Pilbara Minerals’ focus remains firmly on maximising value from our PilgangooraProject including the scaling-up of our operations, we are delighted to have secured John’sservices to lead a dedicated function, focused on corporate strategy and growth to ensurethat we capitalise on our market position at this transformative time. "

So it will definitely be almost AMAZINGLY interesting in how all of this so called ' Consolidation ' which we are seeing unfold right now ......and to see how ALL this continues , and where and which direction it ultimately comes at Sayona will be equally amazing if not nothing short of MIND BLOWING.........wink.png So again. Why would anyone want to sell with so much potential EXCITEMENT lying right around the corner from any number of directions and projects.........biggrin.png
