I agree with @DaisyA. State Street becomes a substantial holder not bad at all. It's a positive sign that they see value in LTR and buying in at the prices when LTR's mcap is over $3b.
LTR is undervalued for what it's got and for what is doing. That's for sure.
Let's put aside the problems of CXO. CXO is not LTR. SS might be shorting CXO when its mcap went over $3b. Of course the shorters would short CXO, I'd do that too if I was not against shorting as I consider it unethical. Everyone knows that CXO opened its chest to shorters for shorting because it was very much overvalued when its mcap went over $3b. Even the CXO holders said that on CXO threads.
I posted a lot of opinion and content that Blackrock-Vanguar-State Street would come up as substantial holder in LTR. This is their business They are in every large company's register even as substantial holder including Apple, Microsoft, Google, Meta (Facobook-Instagram-etc), All the big bank in AU and the US, in big pharma, etc... all of the large corporations.
Of course they are in Albemarle, BHP, RIO, etc...
That is not a bad thing indeed. It's good. LTR will be tighter than ever.
It's not finished yet either. Just wait for Blackrock and Vanguard to give their substantial holder notifications. At least one of them more will be substantial holder soon.
I was against their buying method. They are getting others to short the stock which the BVS group to buy, then they build their stake. That is my opinion of course.
It is good because those large companies (BVS group) are sharing the same opinions with me about LTR. That tells me that I'm on the right track. Even though I bought in 4 years ago at 2.1c, they are now buying in at ~$1.50. That's better than anything IMO.
I will keep doing my own research in LTR's and general lithium-battery-EV market fundamentals and hold my shares for a long time whatever happens among the way in terms of shorting etc. I don't care about those things.

Yes BVS group is in Albemarle, and heavily.
Is it bad for Albemarle?
I don't think so.
Bad for SQM?
Bad for BHP?
Bad for RIO?
Wesfarmers?
FMC (Livent)?
