haha you should see my list of reasons to not buy in! i dont post that kind of stuff though as strangely the HC community don't like minimizing their downside.

Anyway, i think its within reasonable probability that GBZ can raise $10mil+ to cover the con notes with the following:

1. a CR priced at $0.035 for $6mil?
2. sale of white dam. whats that $1-4mil?
3. sale of other assets. 2-$4mil?

if the above occurs, I lose 30%. I hold a small parcel. so I wouldn't mind if the company craters. I would just buy even more shares at this worst case scenario. Yes current holders would get diluted. But too bad so sad. At $0.035 this is where the business cap structure would reset, options would be priced out indefinitely and i would rejoice.
