probably because of the risk involved in the week or so turnaround between buying your options, obtaining the necessary forms from the company, completing them, submitting, paying, and processing to you selling your new shares.
In a rising market that may work but if in the meantime the sp falls......well there goes your profit?


its funny i read that cause i read that 3 weeks ago lol.. and if i had converted i would have my shares by now... i think there isnt much risk..
