who says the major shareholders are even remotely interested in considering any offer till the resource announcements and feasibilty studies are out. My tip is dattels has resigned because he just wants to control his stake not get conflicted as a director- no director will reccomend any bid at 30% of current price let alone the fact the shareholders who hold over 50% dont want to sell at that
