Yes i agree, if the $$$ amount is quoted as 31 December 2023, then that is when it will be at that price, not two, four or six months before.
Thats the equivalent of me saying it will be EOY $5.05 and it happens next week, then cliaming i was right. So far there has never been any proof of workings, charts of how this figure is achieved other than the mention of the Magic Merlin Wonker machine.
