It is not just the 2 billion tonnes but the fact Hancock is building a private railway near EER's mining areas...

And you may recall Gizard and I debating how long it would take to build this...I said it take 3 years based on my experience and could be as early as 2014...Gizard said 10 years...

I don't want to get into who was right or wrong as you shouldn't rely on any HC poster. But DYOR....

Looking into press articles on this it was announced by Hancock they are aiming to complete this by 2013!!. So lets say the project overruns by 12-18 months....still looks good...

Just goes to show research pays off...
