I'd say they are exploration targets rather than predictions. But targets nontheless backed by real data (drillholes) and geophysical anomalies (eg 6/1/23 announcement image below.
Exploration targets evolve with new data, but they allow you to come up with a range of outcomes based on the data you have at the time. If you wait for the mineral resource announcement it will be all discounted in the price (and much higher even if the small target comes to pass imo).
