Thought i would share this info i found, not my words but it does highlight and reinforce the credability of SSN managment which is absolutelty vital for success in the O&G business.\\Going forward yes a JV or BUYOUT is a very real consideration.

By reading the April 13, 2010 IPAA presentation from SSN, I have noticed significant difference about the Sr exacutives of SSN. The US based SSN management are CEO = Petroleum Geologist w/35 years experiences. VP-exploration = Geologist with 3-D seismic profiling expertise. Consulting Engineer = Reservoir expertise with 20 years experiences. Many other bigger oil/gas companies are headed by a group of bizness / MBA /Finance and Legal exacutives, only ONE Sr VP is the real technical person who heads up the exploraion and production.
