My guess is that Compliance have been selling their +7% stake over the lase +week?
But if that is the case, where are the notifications?

Only other alternatives are multiple other top 20 sellers but the 2nd largest holder only had 4.28% of issue at last annual and the company has done that in the last to days alone.
