    Side Well Project is still only 75% owned by GBR.
    You could say the resource is worth $100/oz as it is so close to Westgold, and also likely to be high grade. This would mean $75/oz for the GBR share price and $25/oz to the JV partner. But market sentiment is pretty bad at the mo, so this may be optimistic, IMO.
