The "floor of US$45 and a ceiling of US$80 per pound U3O8"" is funny! no one should be selling u308 at $45 yet the ceiling price limits PENs upside assuming like many of us do that the price will very soon be well over that $80 LBS U308. Hope those are not LONG contracts myself
