I did some research of other phase 3 biotech companies trading way higher than us atm. Although albeit their FCF will be way higher than us, every one of these companies has competitors within the space.

IXC has no known competing drug, no cure, its an orphan drug with 100% of the market if successful. People are not taking this into account.

You've also got to take into perspective MST calculation was on a conservative basis based off the risk adjustment plus prevalence. IIH market is growing every year, obesity is one of the worlds leading issues. IIH is caused by obesity. Imagine how any people are misdiagnosed today because IIH isn't that well known. Once a drug is developed and GPs become more aware, that prevalence IMO will be much higher.

I cant keep thinking just how well and truly undervalued this stock is.

Like you said if phase 3 is successful the FCF goes to 100% or $6.76 overnight (and again on a conservative basis based on their figures - 3.4% growing per annum). So leading up to the final results you'd assume this would be trading close to $4.00. So current price is at a 800% discounted value.Also what was the valuation of IXC just after phase 2 results at $1.80 at one stage. I think the company was worth more then that it is now leading up to phase results.

Again I just cant believe how undervalued this stock is and how much of a gift it is. Surely in 2 years time people will come back to these forums and just say wow, how tf was it trading at 57 cents for this long. I continue to buy more and hold. Putting some into super as well and have gotten my brother and friends to buy some too. In my 10 years of investing, I don't think I've ever come across a stock that is this well and truly undervalued by the whole market
