LYC is the ROW leader and after nearly 50 years of the US not valuing a strategic resource that RE's are, it's possibly a little bit late for the US to be playing catch up with the Chinese. Time will tell. Do you consider in this forecast calamity that LYC plant in Malaysia would escape unscathed? Then your baby will go up, very high & quickly, but perhaps not in the nurturing way.
