LRS's update looks slow, but the project progress goes fast.

MRE upgrade, PEA and DFS in 2023
Maybe at the time LRS put Colina and Colina West into production, AKE's Jame Bay is still under construction, even though AKE has completed DFS in 2021. Other Jame Bay's projects productioin is even far far away. People can gamble small money on Jame Bay's resource exploration, but for investment safefy and project feasibility, LRS is good place to invest big money. Time will approve.
