This shithole municipality might be suffering more loadshedding than the rest due to not paying their bulk electricity bill - but the whole country is still under significant loadshedding.
Power-from-gas is south africa's only hope because nobody will invest in more power-from-coal now.
One would think KKO is a early local gas mover, but the share price does not reflect that at all.
