Yes, think that is correct. Just wasn't normal.
Usually clock/price stops at 15:59:59 then goes to auction/recon off of price at bell.
This time clock/price kept running and several transactions went through at 16:00:00 ($5.03 to $5.02 to.....$4.97) immediate and unexpected drop.
I suspect you're right - maggots positioning for cover - they need all the cover they can get, poor things.
