OMH issued 30.9mil aud of bonds 30.11.22 (announcement 25.11.22) to partly fund the 25% stake. They paid back 6.5mil USD (approx 9.5mil AUD) in this last quarter. It wouldnt make sense to repay this money in oct/nov if they were taking on a 30.9mil aus loan.
I assume this 9.5mil aud repayment was made in December and therefore this amount was generated from approx 1 month of excess free cash flow. Shows how much cash/profit OMH is generating.
Does my assumption make sense?
