get over the construction costs this will provide income for 50 years
at start up prices

get on peeps look long term
this is an amazing opportunity for longer term investors probably
worth 20% of anyones portfolio
obviously average your buy in
probably 8% returns consistently whatever price it gets to
and we can buy at today’s prices
just my thoughts and there not worth much but this is so simple
its a gem
