Depends on how their cover was/is structured.
Good chance insurers have engaged with MGX and are paying for the 'mobile crushing contractor' to get onsite and potentially reduce the overall BI claim. Although the contractor has clearly had problems getting to KI due to the rains/flooding....
Will be interesting to see how it all washes out......
